SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders over $49 everywhere in the contiguous US. We aim to ship all orders within 1 - 2 business days and will offer free shipping every chance we get.

Please refer to individual listings for shipping costs, restrictions, and quote instructions. Buyers outside of the contiguous United States should always contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing.

We will ship to PO Boxes when possible. When a PO Box is your preferred ship-to address please include a street address as a secondary option. Not all items we sell are able to be shipped with USPS.

We ship with UPS, USPS, and FedEx and reserve the right to choose carriers based on their shipping restrictions and costs. We ship standard ground shipping unless otherwise stated or requested.International shipping requests will be quoted with USPS Priority International. All brokerage fees, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, and APO/FPO addresses will be quoted with USPS Priority Mail. We ship in flat rate boxes when applicable. Not all items we sell will fit in them.

RETURNS

If you have received a damaged or defective item please contact us at support@toolsteal.com to file a claim and begin the return/replacement process.

If you want to return an item for any other reason please read our returns policy below. We apologize but we are currently unable to accept returns on international orders. Domestic returns are accepted for a period of 30 days starting at the point of purchase.

Any return received after 30 days from the original purchase will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the buyer will be responsible for all incurred shipping charges.

Returned items must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that they were received. Returned orders will be refunded within two business days once they are received and inspected by our shipping/receiving department.
